First Calvary Baptist Church is a fundamental, Bible believing, evangelistic, Bible teaching, Missionary Church.
We have Sunday School class for all ages. In our younger classes we use the A Beka Sunday School curriculum called Joyful Life. Our Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. Sunday. The regular worship services are 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sundays. Our AWANAs meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and during the summer months we have prayer meeting on Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
We use the Authorized Version of the Bible (sometimes referred to as the King James) as our final authority in all preaching and teaching of the Word of God.
During the school months (August - May) we have the AWANA program for all the youth. This is conducted on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. and is open to any young people who wish to come and enjoy one another's companionship and study the Word of God. 2005/2006 will conclude our 9th year in the AWANA program. |
